Welcome to Garden River Bingo, a charitable bingo platform operated by Garden River First Nation Bingo Enterprises (GRFNBE). By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Acceptance of the terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, online bingo services, and any other features or tools we offer from time to time (collectively referred to as "our Services"). By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility requirements

Account registration rules

Restricted behavior and prohibited activities

By using our Services, you agree not to engage in any restricted behavior or prohibited activities. These include:

Impersonating another person

Engaging in spamming, phishing, or other malicious activity on the website

We reserve the right to ban, suspend, or close your account for any of these reasons.

Bonus and promotion rules

Wagering conditions

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are required for participation in some games, but we do not offer withdrawals. If you wish to have your funds withdrawn from Garden River Bingo, please use one of the following methods:

We will verify any withdrawal request and may ask for additional information before processing it.

Verification before withdrawal

To ensure compliance with AML regulations (or otherwise required), we will review your account activity before approving withdrawals. We reserve the right to reject or reverse a withdrawal if, in our sole judgment, you have engaged in suspicious behavior or non-compliance with applicable laws.

Processing and review procedures

Withdrawals are processed after verification of all necessary documentation. In some cases (such as where there is insufficient information available), this period may extend up to 30 calendar days from the date of request for withdrawal, although we will strive to process such withdrawals no longer than reasonably practical.

We reserve the right at any time without notice or cause for a reasonable suspicion that any winnings have been acquired by you through improper means for not making payment
